Santiago J. Silva is a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in brokerage, management, development, and disposition of real estate assets. 

He is from Buenos Aires, Argentina and relocated to Florida in 2012. Santiago is an active real estate broker in the state of Florida with a vast experience working in both commercial and residential transactions. He has a legal background working as a corporate attorney in Argentina, where he represented real estate developers helping them structuring and securing commercial transactions. He also holds a master’s degree in International Law (LLM) from the University of Miami School of Law. 

In the years following, he was able to build his real estate career participating in numerous transactions, including the development of both prime commercial and residential properties; as well as participating in the management of the properties. Santiago brings a unique combination of real estate business and legal expertise to his work managing the operations of The Pampas Real Estate and related entities.
