With over two decades of experience in real estate development, business development and finance, Martin Ugarte brings his unique talent and expertise leading the operations of The Pampa Real Estate

Martin is originally from Argentina where he obtained a business degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He successfully helped global companies valuating capital projects, identifying risks and opportunities, and coordinating merges and acquisitions. He implemented the exit of several companies with transactions for over $120 million in the Latam market.

He started his real estate development enterprise in Florida over 15 years ago and relocated to Miami in 2014. His ability to identify opportunities, analyze complex deals, and lead successful teams is evident in the company’s transformative projects, where he has overseen the investment of more than 50 mm in real estate commercial assets.
